​An innovative project that aims to reduce traffic congestion at the entrance to the Tel Aviv metropolitan area by establishing a “park and ride” parking complex that includes about 3,600 parking spaces and operating an array of shuttles.

The project includes design management of a 2nd level while maintaining the full function of the complex during the works and its connection to the road system within the framework of the "Fase Lane" project.
