​Design and construction management for a new road entrance to Jerusalem and will connect the national road 1 with the main road of Jerusalem (Begin road) via 2 sets of 1.2km double road tunnels and 3 new interchanges. The project included the management of the permit procedure with the National Infrastructure Committee (NIP) and the Jerusalem Municipality. The management of the early and detailed design was done taking into account complex engineering, environmental considerations and public participation procedures, as well as considering systems, traffic management and O&M aspects.
