Design and construction management of integrated transportation hub (complexes) that include private car parking lots, platforms and utilities for shuttle service, public transportation and passenger service facilities. The hub will be connected to the fast lanes in the coastal and Ayalon highways by a set of interchanges and bridges.

Tha complex is designed as a "smart parking lot" operated by advanced IT & M&E means such as an electric charging system and a traffic guidance and control system. As a PPP project, the Services included a special emphasis on O&M factors taking into account operational considerations.
