Design management of all infrastructure and utilities systems of the "Betzavta" neighborhood in Harish, the first neighborhood in Israel to be built using the "design and build" method. In this method, the contractor builds the neighborhood in its entirety, starting with the development phase, the infrastructure works, the construction of the public buildings and the construction of all the housing units.
